Yes — all repair work carried out by Hopkins Security is guaranteed, even if we didn’t install the original unit. We always stand by the quality of our workmanship. However, we cannot guarantee the existing window, door, frame, or hardware if the product itself has an underlying manufacturing fault or age-related wear. In those cases, we explain the issue clearly and advise on the best long-term solution. During every repair, we check for underlying faults, worn parts, or components nearing failure. If we spot anything, we provide the most cost-effective solution before problems develop further.
